Date & Time of Event
For pickup orders, please enter the time you plan on being on site at our catering kitchen (5237 NE MLK Blvd, 97211) to pick up the order. For deliveries, please enter the time you want the food setup and ready for your party to eat so we can assess what time we need to arrive to get everything ready.
Please let us know anything that you think is important for us to know - allergies, special requests, etc.
Delivery or Pickup?
We charge a $45 delivery fee for orders within Portland city limits; $70 for Gresham, Happy Valley, Milwaukie, and other East Side suburbs including downtown Vancouver, WA; $90 for Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard and other West Side suburbs . We do not normally deliver beyond the Portland Metro region (Mt. Hood, Salem, etc) but can do so on a case by case basis and require a $2000 minimum for food. For more than 100 people, please let us know in the notes.
Chaffing Dishes Desired?
We default to just providing the food in disposable foil pans with no way to keep them warm but we can supply sternos along with either disposable chaffing stands or nicer reusable stainless steel chaffing stands to hold your food warm. Menu Options

Our catering menu is designed around ordering for 10 people at a time for the most bang for your and our buck. We suggest 1 meat protein, 1 vegan protein, rice, and cabbage salad as a minimum but feel free to mix and match as you want. This selection is not final and we can adjust until 3 days before the event. All our menu items are Gluten Free and Soy Free. All items except the yogurt raita are dairy free. All catering comes with spicy green chutney.
Note that all our prices account for tips/service charges/etc, there an no extra costs on top of the prices listed below.


Juanitas tortilla chips and our house tadka salsa with garam masala, mustard oil, cilantro, onions, roasted tomatoes.
Fried potatoes tossed in chaat masala served with a an assortment of toppings to build your own chaat - chutneys, yogurt, tomatoes, pickled onions, etc.
Burratta, seasonal fruit chutney, GF ghee crostini
Herb salad with puffed rice, Fritos, peanuts, cilantro, mint, onions, and tomatoes all tossed with a mix of chutneys and chaat masala.

Tamarind, ginger, and garam masala braised pulled pork with pork-fat confit onions.
CONTAINS NUTS! Stir fried chicken thighs in our Tikka Mole Sauce made with classic Indian spices, Mexican chilies, and cacao powder.
Ground Oregon lamb & kale in a rich tomato and butternut squash based sauce.
Fenugreek marinated shrimp, stir fried with pumpkin seeds, curry leaf, and chilli pepper.
Stir fried tail on shrimp in our Tikka Mole Sauce made with classic Indian spices, Mexican chilies, and cacao powder.

We use compostable plates and provide individually wrapped plastic utensil kits with a spoon, fork, knife, napkin.
